When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post Service.
For major cities including Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Launceston, Hobart, Cairns, Mackay, and Rockhampton:
- 1-2 business days fulfilment and 1 business day post.
For regional areas and all other cities:
- 1-3 business days fulfilment and 2 business days post.
Please note: Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday to ensure freshness. Orders placed after 8:00 AM on Thursday will ship the following Monday. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day), fulfillment times may extend to 1-3 business days, plus shipping.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather and road conditions.
We want you to love your order, but there are a few things to keep in mind:
Food items — Due to their nature, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses — If your package doesn’t arrive because of an address error, we can’t issue a refund or replacement.
Missed deliveries — If your item is returned after multiple failed delivery attempts, we’re unable to provide a refund or replacement.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all residential and commercial addresses in Australia.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
What happens if I’m unavailable to accept my package?
If no one is available to accept the delivery, Australia Post will leave the package in a safe place whenever possible. If a safe location is unavailable, an attempted delivery photo will be made and the parcel may be taken to a local collection point for pick-up.
All orders are packaged securely, but Sweet Crumble cannot accept responsibility for deliveries left unattended or marked as unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
To avoid issues, ensure your delivery address is accurate and consider providing an alternative address that is attended during business hours if you are concerned about leaving the parcel unattended.
Order Cancellations, Modifications & Refund Policy
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to modify the details or cancel the order. Please double-check your order and delivery information before confirming payment.

Freshness Tips
Store cookies in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight.
Consume within 5 days for best taste and texture.
Cookies are freezer-friendly — store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Avoid refrigerating, as it can cause cookies to dry out.
To serve from frozen: thaw at room temperature for 2 hours.
Warming Guidelines
For that fresh-out-of-the-oven experience, reheat cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1–3 minutes.
Let cool slightly before enjoying warm, gooey goodness.
